OUR Executive team

RALPH MACK
CEO & Executive Chairman
For the past 25 years, Ralph has been investing in start-up technology companies, as CEO of Mack Capital. After being on Sightly’s Board since inception, he became CEO in 2018. Prior to Sightly Ralph worked on Wall Street where he brought companies public, raised debt capital, sold high yield bonds, and invested in distressed debt at Bear Stearns and Prudential Securities. Ralph received a BS in economics with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University. Outside of work, Ralph plays golf and table tennis as well as mentors students and entrepreneurs.

ADAM KATZ
CRO & General Manager
Based in New York, Adam drives revenue growth, leads sales strategy, and manages many other business areas at Sightly. Prior to coming on board full-time, Adam spent his first year on Sightly’s advisory board helping develop the go-to market strategy. Previously, Adam was the first-to-market Enterprise Executive at Nomi where he helped the company break into the QSR/Retail verticals connecting the online and the offline worlds. He also spent time on the business development teams at Pubmatic, a leading Sell Side Platform, and Yahoo! for three years. He received his BA from the University of Maryland in The Scholars Program. Adam is a dynamic leader with a passion for people, coaching, teamwork and sports.

JENNIFER RUSSO
Interim CFO
Jennifer is a senior financial professional with a unique background spanning corporate strategy, finance, M&A and leadership. She is a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards on business growth and exit strategies. Jennifer was the founder & CEO of JUJA Active, a fashion-forward multi-brand activewear retailer, leading the company from inception to its development into a popular consumer brand and ultimately to its purchase. Jennifer was also an investment banker for 20+ years with a focus on retail, consumer and wellness companies. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

RAJIV KUMAR
CTO
Rajiv has a long history of success as an engineering leader and an entrepreneur. Most recently Rajiv was CTO of an India-based company called SuperKisan. As part of his role, he ran strategy and product implementation. One of the exciting areas at SuperKisan was a backend of AI/ML applied to disease prediction and insights into sustainable farming.

RYAN VASPRA
EVP, Media Strategy & Analytics
Ryan and his team provide intelligence, insights and recommendations for customer and corporate success within the disciplines of innovation, media strategy, media planning, optimizations and reporting. Prior to joining Sightly, Ryan was the vice president of media services for Mindstream, an integrated marketing agency network, while previously holding a product manager job at LeaseLabs.com, a digital marketing and content management software and services. Ryan holds a BBA from Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work he’s passionate about family, travel, surfing, snowboarding, soccer, wine and being active.

GREG GARUNOV
SVP, Business Development &
Marketing Strategy
Greg has 12+ years experience at advertising agencies, working on a variety of client verticals and media disciplines. He has worked in brand strategy, multi-channel media investment, measurement and analytics, and operations across multiple industry verticals, enabling him to evaluate business opportunities through a unique lens and drive results for Sightly. His deep industry experience makes Greg an asset in developing and executing strategic vision for the organization and our clients. He holds a BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University. In his free time, Greg enjoys travel, playing basketball, and going to the movies.

MARISSA RUBINFELD
VP, Client Services
Based in New York, Marissa leads the client services team. Prior to joining Sightly, Marissa was Associate Digital Media Director at Horizon Media where she spent over 5 years covering a range of client verticals including CPG and Financial. Marissa also worked at Eyeview Digital as Director of CPG Client Solutions, focusing on ROAS based media and measurement solutions. Marissa is a service-oriented leader with a drive for discovering dynamic solutions for clients and building an internal culture of innovation, strategic consultancy, and creative resolutions. Marissa holds a degree from the University of Maryland. In her free time, Marissa enjoys boxing and finding great restaurants around the city.

ROBERT HELSTROM
VP, Marketing & GM, San Diego
Robert brings more than 30 years experience in marketing, video and media across big brands in manufacturing, entertainment and finance, ad agencies and his own martech startups. He’s been with Sightly from day one and enjoys building brands, solving problems and delivering knowledge that delights customers. He holds a BA and MA in Media and Communication from Northern Illinois University. Robert loves writing, films, classic rock and a good mystery.

RYAN BOWERMASTER
VP, Product
With over 20 years’ experience in digital media, ranging from bootstrapped startups to Fortune 500s and from the trenches of support to leading global organizations, Ryan has built new platforms, helped integrate existing ones and been challenged to build innovative solutions leveraging the majority of ad technologies, platform vendors and cloud providers available in the market today.
Prior to joining Sightly, Ryan was VP- Product, Data Sciences at Publicis Media where he oversaw US and Global products supporting Reporting, Analytics & Data Sciences teams across Publicis agencies.
Outside of work, Ryan is an avid brewer, cyclist and outdoorsman as well as a freelance audio engineer/producer/remix artist for musicians, commercials, film/TV and video games.
