Do I have to sign a contract?
No! One perk about signing up with Sightly is that we're month-to-month. This
is
mutually beneficial because we always want you to be satisfied with your service,
and not unwillingly bound by a lengthy service agreement. It also removes your risk,
and puts the onus on us to deliver you stellar results in order to earn your business
for the long term. We love happy customers.
Why is Sightly a subscription service?
You must always prepay for your Google Advertising. Each month you continue on with
us, we turn around and reinvest your money on the Google Adwords platform, which
is where we manage both your YouTube In-Stream and Google Mobile advertising campaigns.
Our service plans include a flat rate hosting charge that covers your microsite,
web app, and your profile and in-stream videos. The rest goes directly to Google.
Video Questions
I already have a commercial video I'd like to use instead, is that ok?
Sure! We can use existing video files for your in-stream ad. But we still have to edit them down to the appropriate length and format to run
your in-stream campaign on YouTube, which is why there is still a video creation fee built in to the first month of your service, even if we
use your existing files.
What's the difference between an in-stream commercial video and a profile video?
Every Sightly advertising package comes with an in-stream commercial that is played before YouTube videos in your target market to help your
audience discover your business. They are 15 seconds long and include clear calls to action to drive you leads.
A profile video is a more in depth overview video about your business. It is 30 seconds long and contains images and professional voiceover about your business to help consumers learn more about you and make the decision to call you.
Advertising Questions
Why cant I see my ads live on Google right now?
We priced our plans with local businesses in mind, to empower every small and medium sized business to be able to afford our effective marketing
solutions. That being said, it generally does not take a full 30 days to allocate your full media spend on Google. Once your monthly budget
has been exhausted, your ads are paused until your next billing cycle. Want to turn them back on? No problem, just call your Account Manager
to purchase more media spend for the month, or to upgrade subscription plans so your ads last longer each month.
Can I expect to triple my business buy using this service?
We cannot guarantee your business any specific number of new customers by being a Sightly
client, or that your revenues will grow exponentially. Our job is to get you more exposure, foot traffic, and phone calls - but it's your job
to seal the deal once we send 'em your way. Any Lead Estimations provided by Sales Reps or Account Managers are based on past performance from
similar category and geography.
