There is the possibility that Sightly, or parts of the company or existing or future affiliates, may one day be purchased by, or merged with, another company and your and other customers’ and users’ information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy, receivership, insolvency, liquidation or dissolution event. In these cases, any acquiring (or merging) company will be provided and have access to your information.

Children Under the Age of 13
The Site is not directed to, and Sightly does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information.
